Customizing app appearance in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
absentify allows you to fully customize the branding of the app with the Plus Plan. This includes removing the absentify branding from emails and calendar entries, and adding your company's name, logo, and favicon.
With the Plus Plan, absentify automatically removes all absentify branding from emails and calendar invitations. This feature is activated as soon as the Plus Plan is in use, ensuring that all communications sent from the platform reflect your company’s identity.
To customize absentify with your company's identity:
Navigate to Settings > General.
In the Workspace settings under Company, you can:
- Enter your Company Name.
- Upload your Company Logo. The recommended size for landscape logos is 400x80px.
- Upload your Favicon (96x96px recommended).
Choose whether to display the Company Logo & Name or just the Logo from the dropdown.
Once saved, your company name and logo will be displayed on the absentify web app. Emails and calendar invitations will also include your logo.
Note: The logo will not display within the Teams app due to layout restrictions, but it will be reflected in the emails sent to users.
