User can't be added
absentify offers you mutual sign in with Microsoft which has many advantages such as increased security and simplified user management.
However, if one of your users is running into sign-in issues there could be a couple reasons as to why, but not to worry - they can all be easily fixed!

If you are unable to invite a user to your organization's absentify account, the reason for this could be that the user's email address is already linked with another organization's absentify account. All they need to do is delete their previous account before you can successfully add them.

If you've completed the steps outlined in the link above and the user is still unable to access your organization's absentify account, they may be archived.
To fix this, go to Settings > Users > Edit (the small pencil icon on the right hand side).
The user's info will pop-up, from which you can scroll down to Archive Users and make sure that the toggle isn't activated.
Once you've deactivated the toggle, the user will be able to access their absentify account.
