SSO Login Error with Azure AD

When trying to log in to absentify via SSO/SAML the following error appears:

_AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application absentify ('4dce2abf-3f8e-4281-9f7a-d602fc391886') to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application.

What it means:

The signed in user email is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator.
Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.

Here's how you can fix the error:

As an admin, you can fix this in just a couple simple steps:

Navigate to the azure portal.

Search for "Azure Active Directory".

On the left side rail, click on Enterprise applications.

Search for "absentify".

From the left side rail, click on Users and Groups.

From here, click on the plus sign for Add user/group at the top of the page.

Finally, select the user who needs access to the app.

If you're still running into issues, please do not hesitate to contact our support team or visit this link for more information from Microsoft.
